Performance Fees

• For all custom priced performances up to 2 hours: £250.00

• £100 per hour (pro-rata) thereafter

 

Load-In/Set-Up Times

A minimum of one hour is required to load-in, set-up and soundcheck. Load-in and set-up charges are payable at the full hourly rate (pro-rata) from whatever time agreed by both parties is required to have his/her instruments and equipment set up.

Over-Time & Waiting Charges

• Performances that run-over the pre-agreed time frame are subject to 150% of the hourly rate

• Where The Performer is required wait more than 30 mins between sets: 50% of the hourly rate

Distance Fees

• Travel Time: £11.44 per hour travelled (charged pro-rata)

• Fuel Fees: £0.45 per mile

• Congestion charges, road tolls and parking all to be paid by the Client

Porterage

• Full ALTO PA System: £30.00

• Custom DJ Booth: £30.00

• DJ Lighting: £25.00

• Stage/Wash Lighting: £10.00

Breaks

a minimum of 15 mins for every 2 hours played (included in the 2 performance time above)

Late Return Fees

Payable when time of return is between 00:00-02:00: £30.00

​

Overnight Stay

Payable when return trip arrival would be over 02:00: £125.00

​

Subsistence

• Payable to cover meals and refreshments: £50.00 or;

• Covered at the expense of the Client
